Date Night DIY

Friday, February 13, 2015

Surprise! I've got another Valentine's day gift! This one is SUPER simple, and could totally be done in one night! (The perfect craft if you're a procrastinator like me, and have realized that Valentines Day is tomorrow, and not next week like you've convinced yourself.)

So like any good super simple craft, this present only has 4 supplies.
A printer
paper
scissors
 a container
(I used this one from Ikea.)

Print out the date night pdf. You can download a copy here!

Cut up your date cards! I took a bit off the top and the sides, to make everything even and pretty.

Now stuff your container full of cute date ideas! I love this container because I can leave little messages on the outside with a dry erase marker.

Some of the date suggestions:

Build a fort.
Make the Best. Smores. Ever.
Use a whole disposable camera!
Go to a midnight showing of a movie.
Camp in the back yard.
Buy food for a food bank.
Eat at a truck stop.
Nerf war.
Get an ice cream cone with at least 4 scoops.
Go to a planetarium.
Have breakfast at Denny's at 3am.
Go hiking.

If you'd like to see all of the ideas, download the pdf! It's free!
